The team behind a more amicable solution to divorce.
Who We Are
About Us
Divorce is more than a legal process. It is emotional, practical, financial, and deeply personal. At Total Divorce Solutions, Gloria and her team help separating couples work through important decisions in a way that is organized, respectful, and focused on what comes next.
Through supportive mediation, we help clients reduce emotional strain, make informed decisions, and create agreements that support long-term stability for both parents and children.

Meet Gloria Ichim
Co-Founder of Total Divorce Solutions, Co-Creator of The New Chapter Mediation Model
Gloria Ichim is the co-founder of Total Divorce Solutions and a leading voice in modern, client-centered divorce mediation. With over 10 years of family law experience and a unique background in environmental science and research, Gloria brings a rare combination of analytical clarity, strategic thinking, and compassionate guidance to every client she works with.
Recognizing that traditional divorce processes often create more conflict than solutions, Gloria co-developed The New Chapter, an innovative mediation model designed to help separating couples move forward with confidence, respect, and stability. This approach empowers clients to make informed decisions, reduce emotional strain, and create agreements that support long-term well-being—both for parents and children.
At Total Divorce Solutions, Gloria is known for transforming uncertainty into actionable steps. Her scientific training gives her a sharp, methodical problem-solving style, while her deep family law experience ensures clients receive practical, legally-sound direction throughout the mediation process. Clients appreciate her calm demeanor, clarity in communication, and commitment to creating a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Driven by the belief that every ending can become a healthy beginning, Gloria helps clients navigate their separation with dignity and purpose—turning a challenging chapter into an opportunity for a fresh start.

Meet Quinn Grynspan
Co-Founder of Total Divorce Solutions, Co-Creator of The New Chapter Mediation Model
Dr. Quinn Grynspan is the co-founder of Total Divorce Solutions, a divorce mediation practice that helps couples move from conflict to clarity with less stress, less cost, and more hope. With a PhD in English Literature and a Master of Social Work (May'26, provisional social work registration pending), and a certificate in Family Mediation, she blends advanced communication expertise with therapeutic insight to guide clients through one of life’s most challenging transitions.
Before creating her practice, Dr. Quinn Grynspan spent six long years in divorce court herself—an experience that showed her how adversarial, expensive, and emotionally draining the traditional system can be. Determined to offer a better path, she co-developed "the new chapter" mediation method, a groundbreaking mediation approach that teaches couples how to communicate in an entirely new way. Her method turns divorce into a chance to reset patterns, protect emotional wellbeing, and build a healthier future—whether that means co-parenting with confidence or simply moving forward with peace.
As a therapist and trained family mediator, Dr. Quinn Grynspan brings empathy, strength, and clear structure to every session. Her mission is simple: make divorce fun and transformative. She believes that while relationships may end, the opportunity for growth—and for a hopeful new beginning—never does.

With backgrounds across law, therapy, and social work, the Total Divorce Solutions team is able to support clients through both the practical and emotional layers of family restructuring.
Their mediators are fully trained family mediators with certification through OAFM and AFMS. This combination of legal insight, professional mediation training, and family-focused experience allows Gloria and her team to guide complex conversations with clarity, neutrality, and respect, especially in matters involving parenting arrangements, co-parenting challenges, financial discussions, and high-conflict situations.
The New Chapter Mediation Model
After seeing how traditional divorce processes can often create more conflict than resolution, Gloria co-developed The New Chapter Mediation Model, an approach designed to help separating couples move forward with confidence, respect, and stability.
This model combines legal insight, structured mediation, and a deep understanding of family dynamics. Instead of focusing only on the end of a relationship, Gloria and her team guide clients through practical conversations that help them make informed decisions, reduce emotional strain, and create agreements that support long-term well-being.
Through The New Chapter Mediation Model, clients are supported with:
-
clear communication
-
organized, step-by-step guidance
-
practical, legally informed direction
-
child-centered decision-making
-
respectful conflict resolution
-
agreements built for long-term stability
For many clients, the process begins in a place of uncertainty. Gloria and her team help turn that uncertainty into clear, actionable next steps so families can move forward with dignity, purpose, and a stronger foundation for what comes next.
